Daily Loaded with Benefits

"Blessed be the LORD, w ho daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah" [PSALM 68:19] . This verse has so much packed into it. The LORD is the one who daily loads us down with benefits. Think on some of them, each day we have air to breathe, loved ones to share our lives with, food and drink, homes to live in and bread to eat and wonderful pictures in nature to see. Most important is we have a God who is ever present and promises He will never leave you nor forsake you. This is great comfort for the believer! The believer’s sins are forgiven, not just his past sins, but his future sins as well. "Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin" [ROMANS 4:8] . - Gospel report by preacher Wayne Boyd

What Christ Has Done For Us

"But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; which He shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; t hat being justified by His grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life." -T ITUS 3:4-7 [KJV]   These verses reveal unto us the very essence and glory of the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. 1). Divine Intervention , "the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared." One thing is most obvious, we did not merit God's grace. We were shut out by sin, and on the fast track to destruction, deserving of God's righteous wrath [ R OMANS 6:23 ] . But our sovereign God intervened and came to our rescue. He was manifested in our nature, in the flesh [ R OMANS 8:3; G ALATIANS 4:4 ] to fulfill all righteousness and to ...

Good Warfare

"This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare; holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck." - I TIMOTHY 1:18-19 [KJV]   This "good warfare" is carried on against three principal enemies—the flesh, the world, and the devil; and each of these enemies so closely allied to ourselves, and each so powerful and so hostile, that they must surely overcome us, unless we are "strengthened with might in the inner man." There is the flesh, with all its baits, charms, and subtle attractions, continually laying its gins and traps for our feet, perpetually ensnaring us in some evil word or some evil work, and we in ourselves utterly defenceless against it. Said I defenceless? Yea, eager to run into it, like the silly bird that sees the grains of corn spread in the trap, but thinks not, when it ...

GOD WITH US!

“ The LORD of h osts is with us; t he God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.” - PSALM 46:11 [KJV] Here the Psalmist speaks as directed by the Holy Spirit to praise and bless the LORD who is the Refuge of His people. The LORD who is with us is declared to be, “The LORD of hosts,” the One who has universal dominion over the whole universe. He is the mighty God who rules and reigns in heaven and earth…who speaks and it is! And He is revealed to be, “The God of Jacob.” He who has covenanted to be gracious to whom He will be gracious and show mercy to whom He will show mercy. The Mighty Commander and Emperor of all things is He who is touched with the feelings of our infirmities and whose heart is ravished with the eye of faith, love and desire from those that He has everlastingly loved. - Gospel report by preacher Marvin Stalnaker Please find enclosed link to Audio Gospel Sermons: https://www.sermonaudio.com/source_detail.asp?sourceid=katy
