Weekend Gospel message to follow for All Hands ( 20-22 MAR20) Heads-Up --- Please find enclosed encouragement in SO GREAT SALVATION by the perfect and finished work of our Lord Jesus Christ in saving poor, needy and wretched sinners by His sovereign free grace - God's unmerited favor - from our sins and from Hell:   A NEW CREATURE IN CHRIST "If any person is in Christ , " not in religion, in the church, or in moral reformation, but in Christ, by faith in Christ, by a new birth wrought in the soul by the Spirit of God, in Christ through electing love, redeeming grace and a living union, he is "a new creature" [GALATIANS 6:15 ] . This new creation describes a creation work, not of man but of God [ E PHESIANS 2:8-10; C OLOSSIANS 3:10 ] . It is a new nature, a new man and a new principle of grace and holiness, which was not there before and is distinct from the old nature, the old man, with which we are born in the flesh [JOHN 3:5, 6; 1:12,

"I will walk before the L ORD in the land of the living." -P SALM 116:9 [KJV]   There is a distinction between walking before God and walking with God. To walk before God is to walk with an abiding sense of God's eye being upon us; to walk with a desire to do those things which are pleasing in H is sight; to walk in H is ordinances blameless; to walk before H is people with our garments unspotted by the world; in a word, to walk before H im in private as in public, alone and in company, before the Church and the world, by day and by night, as we should walk if we had a personal view of H is glorious majesty in heaven before our eyes.   Now if you carried about with you a deep and daily sense that God saw every thought, marked every movement, heard every word, and observed every action, this sense of H is presence would put a restraint upon your light, trifling, and foolish spirit.
