The Everlasting Gospel

“ And He said unto them, Go ye into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature .” - MARK 16:15 [KJV]   God’s preachers preach the message of God’s grace in Christ Jesus to undeserving sinners, the Gospel, because they’re obedient servants. They preach because they’re convinced of God that there’s no other message that the Holy Spirit shall bless to the salvation of a sinner except that Gospel [ R OMANS 1:16 ] . And they know, by Divine revelation, that there’s a remnant according to the electing grace [ROMANS 11:5 ] that shall hear with new ears, see with new eyes and believe on Christ with a new heart, [EZEKIEL 36:26-28 ] , because they are born from above [JOHN 6:37 ] .    -Gospel report by preacher Marvin Stalnaker

CHRIST IS PRECIOUS!

“ Unto you therefore which believe H e is precious” - I PETER 2:7 [KJV]   It is impossible for those who believe in Christ to fully express the preciousness of Him to them. 1). He is precious to every believer because He is their life. “He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life” [I JOHN 5:12 ] . 2) . He is precious to every believer because He is their clothing. THE BEST ROBE that the Father gives or imputes to every son that He receives is the righteousness of Christ. It is the robe of His spinning by His perfect obedience and sacrifice. 3). He is precious to every believer because He is their food. Just as the Israel of old feasted on the Paschal Lamb so God’s spiritual Israel feasts on the Lamb of God. We continually feast upon His flesh and drink His blood; we continually look to His one sacrifice that atones for all the sins of His elect. 4). He is precious to every believer for He is our hiding place. In

COME TO CHRIST TODAY!

Christ told us “If any man thirst, let him come unto M e, and drink” [JOHN 7:37 ] . And “Come unto M e, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest” [MATTHEW 11:28 ] . Isaiah prophesied “Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.” ANY, ALL, and EVERY ONE; come thirsty, tired and burdened. Come to Christ now, without any payment of your works, and enter into true rest! -Gospel report by preacher Kevin Thacker

Onward, Christian Soldier

"Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy." -J AMES 5:11 [KJV] The words translated "endure" and "patience" are the same in the original; and in fact, the example of Job is given as an instance of the happiness of those who endure. The same word is also used by our blessed Lord, where He says, "He that endureth to the end shall be saved" [MATTHEW 10:22 ] . We have need then of endurance. As he that runs a race needs not so much swiftness as enduring strength to hold out to the end, never to give up as long as he can drag one limb before another; as the British soldier must never suffer himself to be beaten; so it is in the Christian race: we must never give up; we must never say "die;" we must never allow ourselves to be beaten by sin or Satan. If God Himself seem to thrust us away from His thron
