THE TRUTH WILL BE TRIUMPHANT

It is fearful to live in this world as believers in Christ when we look around us and see the multitudes who hate the very God we love and serve. We are made uneasy by the decline of the society around us and the ever-growing wickedness and idolatry of the day. Looking at these things, thinking on them, we only become more fearful. The odds are always against us humanly speaking but that is not the case in reality. Though we may view things as Elisha’s servant, what is seen by the natural eye is not the reality as it wasn’t then. “ And when the servant of the man of God was risen early, and gone forth, behold, an host compassed the city both with horses and chariots. THOU ART MY PRAISE!

"Heal me, O L ORD , and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for T hou art my praise." -J EREMIAH 17:14 [KJV] If we feel that we have ruined our own souls, that no human arm can save us, that we cannot bring salvation into our own consciences, nor of ourselves see any beauty, glory, sweetness, or suitability in the Lord Jesus Christ, and yet are striving with prayer and supplication to touch the hem of H is garment, to taste the sweetness of H is dying love, to feel the efficacy of H is atoning blood, to be wrapped up in H is glorious robe of righteousness, and to know H im in the sweet manifestations of H is grace, we too can say, "Save me, and I shall be saved."
