The More Earnest Heed

" Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip." — Hebrews 2:1 [KJV] The body receives little nourishment, if its food hastily pass through it. To health and strength proper digestion is necessary. Divine truths, eagerly heard and soon forgot, do not comfort, nor strengthen the soul.
