Hebrews 2:11 says, “For both He (Christ Jesus) that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified (the chosen sinner) are all of one: for which cause He (the Lord Jesus) is not ashamed to call them brethren.” Growing up as an “only child” I always wished I had a “big brother.” Then, in His appointed time, God made known to me that Christ had been my Elder Brother all along.
