PARDON FROM ALL SIN!

The Lord, our merciful and gracious God and Saviour has promised to fully pardon His elect. Not based upon their faith, repentance, works of faith or labors of love; but for one single and solitary reason; for Christ’s name sake and for the gospel’s sake (Ephesians 4:32).


Consider these precious promises of the gospel and rejoice in Christ:

 

I Samuel 15:25; “Now therefore, I pray thee, pardon my sin, and turn again with me, that I may worship the LORD.”

 

Psalm 25:11; “For Thy name’s sake, O LORD, pardon mine iniquity; for it is great.”

 

Nehemiah 9:17; “But Thou art a God ready to pardon, gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness.”

 

Isaiah 55:7; “Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and He will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon.”

 

Jeremiah 33:8; “And I will cleanse them from all their iniquity, whereby they have sinned against Me; and I will pardon all their iniquities, whereby they have sinned, and whereby they have transgressed against Me.”

 

Jeremiah 50:20; “In those days, and in that time, saith the LORD, the iniquity of Israel shall be sought for, and there shall be none; and the sins of Judah, and they shall not be found: for I will pardon them whom I reserve.”

 

I John 1:7-9; “But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanseth us from all sin.  If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”

Light Rising in the Darkness: Take Heart, friends...

"Unto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness." -Psalm 112:4 [KJV] We often get into such dark paths, that we seem altogether out of the secret, and feel as if there were no more grace in our souls, than in one altogether dead in trespasses and sins. THE GREAT TRUMPET BLAST ~ The Joyful Sound!

"The great trumpet shall be blown, and they shall come, who were ready to perish." -Isaiah 27:13 [KJV] One trumpet has been blown, at the giving of the law, on mount Sinai: the voice of it sounded long, and waxed louder and louder. It made even Moses to fear and quake exceedingly, and all the people tremble. Soon, very soon, (who knows but it may be the next moment, in the twinkling of an eye?) the last trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised (I Corinthians 15:52.)   Tremendous voice! most solemn sound! The prophet asks, “Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid?” (Amos. 3:6.)
