It is by faith that we have fellowship with God and His dear Son; and you will find that just in proportion to the strength or weakness of your faith is your walking with God. BABYLON Babylon is the Bible name used to set forth the entirety of false religion. Just as the literal city of Babylon opposed Jehovah and Israel, so all of false religion is set in opposition to the Lord and His people and is called "BABYLON THE GREAT" [REVELATION 17:5 ] . People are being lied to by preachers who compromise the truth of God, speak smooth things, brag on the flesh, make God a doddering old grandfather and the Lord Jesus Christ a failing, fumbling, faltering pretender who sure does wish that everybody liked Him. Here is where we are today. A true preacher can tell people who God is, and that the Lord Jesus Christ is not an option but a necessity , and that as God He is the sovereign of all and will either save or destroy forever.
